This December 14-22, I invite you to join me for a “ Winter Solstice Leadership Journey to Egypt ”. Over 9 days, we’ll step into the ancient land of Egypt, exploring not only its awe-inspiring temples and landscapes but also the depths of our own leadership values and vision. Together, we’ll celebrate the year’s end, hold intentions for the new year, and reignite the inner light that fuels our leadership.
Our 9-day Winter Solstice Leadership Journey is designed to immerse you in the core values that shape your path, allowing time for reflection on this past year while setting a clear and intentional vision for the future.
9-Day Journey Itinerary
Day 1: Dec 14 – Arrival in Cairo
Settle into Cairo with a welcome dinner and group orientation, establishing our shared intentions and grounding themes of reflection, renewal, and purpose for the days ahead.
Day 2: Dec 15 – Great Pyramid & King’s Chamber Activation
Enter the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid for a rare activation ritual, awakening the dormant blueprint of your inner leader. This morning session will connect ancient wisdom to your modern leadership, followed by a reflective discussion.
Day 3: Dec 16 – The Grand Egyptian Museum
Our visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum will immerse us in Egypt’s vast legacy of courage, resilience, and vision. Afternoon reflections will explore how these themes resonate with your own leadership journey, anchoring in timeless values as you prepare for the next year.
Day 4: Dec 17 – Travel to Luxor
Today, we travel together to Luxor, where the energy of ancient temples awaits. The journey allows time for individual reflection, journaling, or quiet preparation as we transition to this new phase of our experience.
Day 5: Dec 18 – Dandara Temple
Het-Her ( Hathor - Neter of love and cosmic harmony )
Visit the Temple of Hathor at Dandara, where a ritual of renewal will invite creativity, compassion, and openness. This guided ceremony will help release outdated beliefs and patterns, with evening reflections on these qualities in our personal leadership and what we released.
Day 6: Dec 19 – Luxor Temple
Mut ( Neter of the unknown and the great void )
Explore Luxor Temple, steeped in the energies of integrity, vision, and commitment. We’ll honor these themes in a grounding ritual, reconnecting to our inner purpose as leaders and holding intentions for 2024. Evening group discussion and meditation will help integrate these powerful experiences.
Day 7: Dec 20 – Reflection and Integration in Luxor
A quieter day in Luxor, allowing us to absorb the profound shifts we’ve undergone. Morning reflections and a group session to share insights, followed by time to relax or explore individually. Evening gathering to align our intentions with the energy of the Solstice.
Day 8: Dec 21 – Winter Solstice at Karnak Temple
Sekhmet ( Neter of War, Soul Power and Compassion )
Witness the sunrise on the Winter Solstice at Karnak Temple, as the sun aligns perfectly between the towering pillars—a rare, ancient spectacle. We’ll hold a Solstice Ceremony to honor the close of 2024 and the return of light, inviting clarity, renewal, and resilience for the coming year. This evening’s ritual solidifies the experiences of our journey, transforming insights into purpose.
Day 9: Dec 22 – Closing Reflections and Departure
Our final day brings us back together for a morning reflection and closing ceremony, integrating the insights, clarity, and power of the journey. We depart Egypt renewed, carrying a deeper sense of purpose, vision, and inner light to guide us into 2024.

I am Samar Shatta, a licensed psychotherapist, leadership evolutionary consultant, storyteller, intuitive guide, breakthrough facilitator, and an Egyptian High Priestess/Medicine Woman.
Born in Egypt and descended from the ancient Neteru tradition, I come from the timeless lineages of Ancient Egypt and Sufism, which deeply inform and illuminate my work. My connection with these sacred traditions is a living, breathing relationship, allowing me to share their wisdom and guidance directly with my clients.
I am the founder and owner of Well Institute, based in Vancouver, Canada, where I offer leadership consultations and healing services to clients, start ups and companies around the world.
My qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, a Diploma in Value-Driven Leadership Coaching, Diploma in Leadership and Change, Consultant in both Brain Spotting and Life Span integration trauma modalities and Certification from Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ Archetypal and Cross-Cultural Studies Institute plus an initiation into my ancestral lineage wisdom.
In my leisure time, you might find me fencing, horseback archery riding, swimming, meditating, reading, or engaging in rituals and sacred ceremonies that connect me with my Ancient Egyptian ancestors.
